Service Description

Wootsap connects your WooCommerce store with WhatsApp to send automated customer notifications including:

  • Order confirmations
  • Shipping updates
  • Delivery notifications
  • Payment reminders

User Responsibilities

You Must:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Use a valid WhatsApp Business account
  • Comply with WhatsApp’s Terms of Service
  • Only send messages to customers who consented to receive them
  • Keep your API keys secure and confidential

You Must Not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Share your account with unauthorized users
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt our systems
  • Send messages that violate WhatsApp policies

Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are charged monthly/annually as selected
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
  • Free plan users can upgrade anytime
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Service Availability

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • We’re not liable for WhatsApp service disruptions
  • Service may be temporarily suspended for security or maintenance

WhatsApp Integration

  • You must comply with all WhatsApp Business API policies
  • WhatsApp may change their policies, affecting our service
  • We’re not responsible for WhatsApp account suspensions
  • Message delivery depends on WhatsApp’s infrastructure

Data and Privacy

  • Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy
  • You’re responsible for your customers’ consent to receive messages
  • We don’t store message content permanently
  • You own all data from your WooCommerce store

Limitation of Liability

Wootsap is provided “as is” without warranties. We’re not liable for:

  • Lost sales or business opportunities
  • Message delivery failures
  • WhatsApp policy changes
  • Third-party service disruptions
  • Data loss (you should maintain backups)
